The Qingdao Olympic Sailing Base Wood Plastic Plank Road is a landscape plank road located in the Olympic Sailing Center of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. The plank road is constructed with wood-plastic materials. It was built in 2018 and completed in one month. First, we start to design the wooden plank road paving plan, and determine the size, materials, appearance, color, etc. Once determined, we will send it to the factory, where the factory personnel will carry out production operations and uniformly transport batches of wooden plank roads to the destination. Before laying the plank road, the ground needs to be prepared. First clear the floor to make sure it is free of debris and obstacles. The ground is then leveled and sanded to ensure it is flat and smooth.

After arriving at the destination, install the foundation, install the light steel keel required for the wood-plastic plank road, and weld it into a grid foundation with screws. Then spread the wooden plank road flat, place plastic black connectors, and connect each piece of wooden plank road together. , Use self-tapping screws to install the connectors to connect the wood-plastic plank road and the keel. After the paving of the plank road is completed, the details need to be perfected. This includes installing railings, setting up features such as seating areas and viewing platforms, as well as carrying out final inspections and touch-ups.
