Installation Notes
1: Fixed plastic wood column
Fix the plastic wood column special fixing parts on the concrete floor with expansion screws (the length of the expansion screws is determined by the thickness and quality of the concrete floor at the construction site). First, fit the columns onto the professional fixing parts of the columns. The distance between the columns is generally about 1.5 meters, and the specific distance is determined by the local actual situation or design plan, including pedestrian flow and the surrounding environment of the installation site.
2: First, prepare the handrail and square tube of the specified length, and use square tube connectors to connect them. First, fix the square tube connectors at the corresponding positions on the handrail, then insert the prepared square tube into the connectors. Finally, install another handrail. The distance between the square tubes depends on the specific situation, with a reference distance of 100-200mm. The distance between handrails depends on the specific situation, and it is recommended to be 800-1000mm.
3: Install the installed handrails and columns through handrail connectors. During installation, the handrails and columns should not be tightly connected, and 3-5mm expansion joints should be reserved on each side. The installation height depends on the specific situation.
4: Fix the cap to the column. The cap can be made of wood plastic material or injection molded, and the specific choice is up to the customer.
