1.Base treatment and ground leveling：

Before the official paving, the base layer treatment work should be done, mainly to repair the problem ground and form a new base layer to avoid the floor arching caused by hollowing and cracking of the original base layer. After the base layer is completed, the ground needs to be leveled. If the ground is uneven, not only will there be gaps in the skirting lines, but the overall floor will also be uneven and produce abnormal noise, which will also seriously affect the quality of the floor.

2.Laying floor mats and joists：

For the laying of outdoor plastic wood flooring, the flatness requirements of the ground are not as demanding as laminate flooring and solid wood composite flooring, and keel making is the most important link. According to reports, the material of the wooden keel is generally fir or white pine. The height of the keel depends on the ground conditions, but it cannot be less than 1.5 cm, and the width cannot be less than 3.5 cm. After finishing the keel, you need to clean and vacuum it, and then evenly spread moisture-proof agent and insecticide.

3.Outdoor plastic wood flooring paving：

Before the formal paving of outdoor plastic wood flooring, pre-laying is carried out. The floors should be placed according to the principle of having the same color and texture as possible. During this process, you can also check whether the floor has any problems such as big and small ends or cracks at the ends. If you are satisfied with the pre-laying, you can fix the floor and install it formally. It is worth noting that the joist where the floor contacts must be fixed with a nail. When fixing the floor, pay attention to whether the floor has end cracks, excessive height differences between adjacent floors, or excessive gaps between panels.
