HPC is short for Herb Plastic Composite. The combination of the raw materials are mostly 25% recycled plastic (HDPE) and 70% plant long fiber plus 5% additives such as anti-UV agent, lubricant, light stabilizer and etc.
Its raw materials consist of corn straw fiber and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which are processed using unique blending equipment and material formulations.HPC products have lower water absorption, stronger nail holding capacity, and are less deformation and warping compared to traditional wood-plastic composite materials (WPC). They offer advantages such as non-rot, insect-resistant, strong weather resistance, flexible processing, and recyclability. They can be sawed, nailed, planed, riveted like wood-plastic composites.
Our bio-based long fiber blending technology with polymer high filling has significant advantages over domestic counterparts, with plant long fibers accounting for over 70% of the product content. Through the industrialization of this technology, a large amount of waste plants such as corn, soybeans, rice husks, and coconut shells have been utilized to transform them into environmentally friendly materials of great social value.
