In order to enhance team cohesion and communication among team members, the company organized an apricot-picking team-building activity today, which was held at a colleague's apricot garden.
At nine o'clock in the morning, all members gathered in front of the company and took a collective bus to the event location.
Arriving at our destination around 10 o'clock, we first visited the apricot orchard. After the visit, we divided into several groups and started picking. During the whole process, everyone actively helped each other, communicated with each other, and enhanced mutual understanding.
After picking, everyone went to the restaurant to enjoy lunch, sitting around and tasting fresh apricots and delicious lunch.
After this team-building activity, I realized the importance of team-building activities. After busy work, they can not only relieve work pressure, but also enhance the relationship between colleagues and establish a more stable team relationship.
