It not only maintains the appearance and feel of solid wood flooring, but also has good moisture-proof, water-resistant, acid alkali resistant, antifungal, anti-static, insect proof and other properties. Moreover, wood plastic products have high fire resistance, no pollution, no pollution, and can be recycled.
The wood plastic industry in foreign countries is represented by North America, which is currently the fastest developing and most widely used region for wood plastic composite materials in the world. It is mainly used for outdoor buildings with rough styles, and its wood plastic products and manufacturing technology do not pursue refinement. In the past decade, the growth rate of the wood plastic market in the United States has remained above 10%, especially in the past five years, with particularly rapid growth. China's wood plastic industry is a very young industry with a growth history of only 10 years. From any perspective, it is still in its infancy. Compared with the North American market, there is still considerable room for growth in wood plastic composite materials and finished products in the Chinese market. At present, there are several types of wood plastic materials developed domestically, including structural, decorative, packaging, and special types, including various series such as wire, profiles, plates, and special-shaped materials. Their application scope can almost cover all the current fields of use of logs, plastics, plastic steel, aluminum alloys, and other similar composite materials. The application scope of wood plastic materials that have already been involved includes: wall skirts, window sills, door frames, floor slabs, corridors, partitions, ceilings, guardrails, edging, fences, overpasses, bathrooms, door and window frames, rest pavilions, garages, ship decks, furniture accessories, water passages, outdoor seats, stair treads, outdoor platforms, container decks, sports field seats, light rail soundproof walls, multifunctional wall partitions, highway soundproof walls, etc., and have begun to penetrate into industries such as construction, home decoration, logistics, packaging, landscaping, municipal services, and environmental protection. The design and manufacturing of domestic wood plastic composite materials have reached the international advanced level, and many products have been exported abroad.
